Maintenance

We will complete a high-level inspection of your apartment before you move in

Yes, we have a service manager and service technician on-site

Please submit a service request from your resident portal or give us a call at the leasing office.

Maintenance issues are handled with high priority. We aim to service all concerns within 48 business hours.

No, you do not have to be present for a service technician to perform work.

If you're locked out, please come to the leasing office or give us a call to receive assistance with access.

We encourage you to decorate your home. However, damages may result in a fee at move out.

Our property offers a 24-hour high-tech fitness center, resort style pool with oversized hot tub, sun deck with sweeping views of the First Creek Trail and the Rocky Mountains, Al fresco dining spaces with stainless-steel BBQ, pet park, and grooming station.

Yes parking is available by permit only

All major appliances including microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator are included.

All Peak Living communities abide by Breed Restrictions, including Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, Bull Terriers, Chow-Chows, Dalmatians, Doberman, Pit Bulls (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweilers, Shar Peis, Siberian Husky breeds and Wolf Hybrids.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments

Yes, we offer short term leases beginning at 6 months

Packages are delivered to the Parcel Pending lockers or front door

The fitness center is open 24-hours

Cardio machine, weight machines, free weights, and fitness on-demand virtual classes.

Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am; communal spaces currently cannot be rented

Appointments are preferred but walk-ins are accepted as well

The management is very accessible Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturdays 10am - 5pm

Yes - $85 in monthly recurring fees: $20 community fee, $60 media package, and $5 pest control

There are no utilities included in the rent

Water, sewer, and trash will be set up by the property. The resident is responsible for setting electric and gas in their name with Xcel Energy

The resident will be enrolled in a bulk package for internet with Xfinity (Comcast) and this is included in the fee of $60/month

This community participates in a resident referral program subject to discontinue at any time

Guests are allowed for 7 days

Currently, the lease agreements do not allow for subletting

There is a buy out agreement that allows for early termination of the lease
